1. Introduction

Welcome to 67JL. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 67JL ("67JL," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 67JL website located at https://67jl.net, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 67JL Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 67JL Platform. 67JL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players located in the Philippines. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 67JL Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 67JL, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 67JL Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Platform.

67JL reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 67JL Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 67JL employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 67JL reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your 67JL account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. 67JL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 67JL username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility, unless you have notified 67JL of unauthorized access in writing without undue delay. 67JL recommends enabling two-factor authentication and using a strong, unique password for your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 67JL may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 67JL reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

67JL accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 67JL's discretion. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your 67JL account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. 67JL reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. 67JL aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. 67JL is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the 67JL Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 67JL does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

67JL is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. 67JL reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate regulatory authorities. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source where practicable.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

67JL may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the relevant promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

67JL strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus calculations, and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, 67JL reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 VIP Program

The 67JL VIP loyalty program rewards regular players with points, cashback, and exclusive benefits. Participation in the VIP program is subject to separate terms and conditions available on the VIP page. 67JL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP program at any time.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

67JL offers a range of live casino games, table games, slots, and specialty games including but not limited to Money Wheel, Callbreak, Multi Bet, Ways of the Qilin, Circus Delight, and Dinner Delights. Game availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. 67JL does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title.

6.2 Game Results and Disputes

All game results on the 67JL Platform are final once confirmed by the game system. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 67JL will investigate the incident and apply a resolution in accordance with its fair gaming policy. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. 67JL's decision on game disputes is final and binding.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the 67JL Platform and are displayed within each game interface. 67JL reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players who attempt to place bets exceeding the stated maximum will have their bet automatically reduced to the maximum permitted amount.

6.4 Responsible Use of Funds

Players are solely responsible for managing their gaming budgets. 67JL strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit and loss limits through their account settings. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 67JL Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the 67JL Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 67JL staff, other players, or live game hosts.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 67JL Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after placing bets or claiming bonuses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 67JL Platform, including but not limited to the 67JL brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of 67JL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 67JL Platform without the prior written consent of 67JL. Any unauthorized use of 67JL's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

67JL collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the 67JL Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 67JL implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

67JL may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering. 67JL will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67JL, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

67JL's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 67JL account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 67JL Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 67JL does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by 67JL

67JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; 67JL suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; you fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or 67JL is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your 67JL account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the 67JL Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 67JL Platform.

67JL operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

67JL reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 67JL will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 67JL Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
